Jacob's 3rd Birthday

I made a Nemo cake for Jacob this time. After having cake, we went to his grave and had an ice cream cone picnic and left some new trains there. My mom and sister were visiting, and they brought a new Elmo for him. We felt his absence so much today, but we had fun remembering the good times we had with him. We love you, Buddy!
